FAST Shelter

We offer a filtered ventilation system to help change the air in the shelter work area. The ventilation system consists of three main parts: The intake hose with filter, the turbine style fan and the exhaust tube which exits over the top of the shelter. Measured air flow through the filter is 500 cu ft per minute. The filter is from Paint Pockets™ and has been certified to filter out 99.84% of particles down to the 10 micron size.

The fan is located outside the shelter and is connected to fabric ductwork that enters the side fo the shelter and then runs the length of the shelter hugging the top. the ductwork has exhaust holes every 20" to allow the ducted air to circulate throughout the shelter.

A heater or cooler can be attached to the systems fan.

The ductwork fabric is both FR and UV rated.

10" System - recommended for Shelters up to 10' x 15' and Sealed shelters has a sealed 120V motor which draws 3 amps and moves 1500 cu ft per minute

12" System - recommended for Shelters 10' x 20' and larger has a sealed 120V motor which draws 4 amps and moves 2000 cu ft per minute

On the shelter, banner tabs are on both sides as a standard feature.

LOGOS or lettering can be placed on the sides of the shelter to advertise your business.  Why not make this both a work station and billboard for your business at the same time? 

Any text can be used.  Banners are removable.  Text is hand painted or appliqued.  Complicated logos are digitally printed. We can recreate any design in any color.

Provides easy access to the shelter from the side. Park your van next to the shelter and work right from your van's side doors. Putting your van on the side of the shelter is often the best use of the space you have to work.

See how the van doors are open and the side of the shelter is over a van? The top of the side access is covered. Entry size is approximately 30 inches wide by 86 inches tall.  A door cover is included to close the opening when not in use.

Windows can be added between the upright tubes to provide more light to your work area.  They are a sewn in clear plastic and can be horizontal or vertical.

Modifications to the standard designs of our inflatable shelters are not a problem because we are the manufacturer.  There may be an additional charge.
