GENERAL SHELTER
WEATHER RESTRICTIONS
Winds in excess of 20 mph, but less
than 25 mph, the shelter should be monitored.
Winds of 25 mph or gusting over 25 mph, require deflating and securing
the shelter. Thunderstorms, hurricanes
and other violent weather phenomenon require the deflation and securing of the shelter. Damage caused by adverse
weather conditions is not covered by warranty.
The shelter needs to be stored in
dry, temperate locations. A wet shelter may develop mold and mildew, which is
not covered by warranty. Excessive heat
or cold can shorten fabric life and damage electrical components.
Tears to the shelter fabric should
not be ignored. Small tears can grow
quickly into large ones. A warranty
claim showing signs of pre-existing damage that has been unrepaired will be
denied.
The warranties contained herein are
expressed in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including
warranties of merchantability and fitness for use.
